WAYS TO PAY YOUR BILL
SCTelcom offers multiple options to pay your bill. We have the option to pay online, by mail or in person at one of our office locations. There is also the option where you can set up auto draft payments to make it more convenient.
Go to sctelcom.net
Click Pay Your Bill Online (top, right corner)
Click the hyperlink “Sign up to access our Self Service site” next to New User or log in with existing user ID and password
From here, it is best to have a statement available, as you will need to enter some information, including your email address and account #. The account # is the 9 digit # on your bill starting with “358”.
Once logged in, you can pay your bill, view old billing and manage your account information.
There is also an app, “SmartHub”, available for download to make it even more convenient!

Payments can be dropped off at any one of our three locations. Each office location also has a drop box if after hours.

If you like the convenience of automated payments every month, you can set up auto draft. You can download the form by clicking here. A customer service representatives at each of our office locations can also assist you with the form in order to get this set up.
